Everyone at Old Town Med Spa is very friendly and willing to help answer any of your questions! I have gotten Botox/Dysport and other treatments on several occasions and Dr. Gharbi does a great job and makes sure my goals are accomplished. I've referred friends in the past and they have been just as pleased with their visit!

I have been seeing Rebecca for over two years. She has dramatically improved the appearance of my face with peels and derma planning. I鈥檒l be a lifelong client. 2026 Update: Sabina has been my go to gal since the former staffs departure. She has continued care with excellence and patience. Facial days are the best days because of her. Old town continues to be my fav Chicago med spa. From laser to lypo, every treatment is top notch.

This was my first MedSpa experience, and I can't imagine EVER going anywhere else. I saw Dr Shazel Gharbi for facial injections and he was very honest, compassionate, and never did I ever feel pressured to try something. In fact, he talked me OUT of a filler I was considering as it was in an area of risk. He also has a super gentle technique and I was at ease. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this office, and while I live in Wisconsin will be a regular customer. THANK YOU Dr Gharbi!!
